“I had a guy who I will call Paul, who was the perfect example of what NOT to do. Very poor agility as a leader, zero adaptability and broke down trust in the culture. If great leaders add exponentially to the culture, bad ones can kill it.”
2) What are the barriers to being a great leader?
“There are so many…pre-existing culture, being miscast in the role. Not understanding or having unrealistic demands/expectations. Poor learning agility.”
